The second release from Andrea Terrano’s forthcoming ‘Synergy’ EP, ‘Heartlands’ is another spellbinding piece of ambient guitar virtuosity. Ever the romantic, Andrea layers arpeggio acoustic guitar and lead guitar as the master of his instrument, fusing multiple guitar styles and making them uniquely his own.
A compelling composition of gentle passages which build and recede, play and intermingle, each passage inexorably flowing into the next with similar themes, but with different dynamics, which all thread seamlessly to a resolution.
