Echaskech are a London based electronic act who draw on numerous influences ranging across techno, ambient, acid, IDM, classical and drum and bass, combining them into a unique and compelling amalgamation of sound. They have four albums and numerous Eps released via such labels as Just Music, The Ambien Zone, Balkan Vinyl and their own label, VLSI Records.
Here they explore generative synthesis on Dust Storm and Mirrors where the hardware outputs of controlled random modulation are recorded in one take. Arc and Ganymede follow a more structured compositional process - a timeline of computer-based arrangements.
