‘Moments’, the closing track from Andrea Terrano’s new EP ‘Synergy Part 1’, finds this guitar virtuoso in his most wistful mood.
It’s an inspired improvisational melodic but melancholic piece, as bass notes progress over a repeated ostinato of guitar chords with the flute crying out at counter intuitive counterpoints behind the guitars.
Undoubtedly the most ambient of the tracks previously released from the EP, Moments is unique, intriguing and enticing - truly ambient music at its very best.
